- Thathvamasi Trust was started in June 2002, by the present Managing Trustee, with the main objective of streamlining his charitable activities under one Institution.
- Thathvamasi Trust was incorporated as a secular, non-profit general charitable non-governmental organization (NGO), established for general Public utility.
- Thathvamasi enables people through counselling, providing medical facilities, subsidized education and campaigning for social causes.
Education
The Trust since inception has focussed on supporting education of poor children irrespective of their caste and creed. The Trust subsidizes the education of about 880 students an year on an average.
Medical
The Trust distributes free medicines, supports eye surgeries, pays for medical treatment of financially challenged people, below poverty line.
Counselling
Our managing trustee, has given individual as well as group counselling for overcoming exam blues, building interpersonal skills and improving marital relations.
Campaigning
The trust campaigns for social causes like ending violence against women, and spreading awareness on various social subjects like prevention of AIDS, importance of voting, preventing child abuse, ending child labour.
